Returns Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. This returns policy specifies the terms and conditions for returning products purchased in an online store operating in the Republic of Poland.
1.2. Online store Celestic Watches is an activity unregistered run by Michał Wielgus, with its registered office at ul. Pilotów 63, 31-462 Krakow.
2. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
2.1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Store of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
2.3. A sample withdrawal form is available on the Store's website: https://celestiwatches.com.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
3.1. The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of products manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or intended to meet his or her individual needs, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.
3.2. Due to the specific nature of our products (custom watches), returns due to withdrawal from the contract apply only to non-personalized products available in the Store's standard offer.
4. Product Return Procedure
4.1. To return a product, the Consumer should send the product to the Store's address:

Immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed the Store about your withdrawal from the contract.
4.2. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
4.3. The product should be returned in its unaltered state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management, i.e. the Consumer should handle the product in a way that allows the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item to be determined.
5. Refund of Payments
5.1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of the product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Store was informed of the Consumer's decision.
5.2. The Store may withhold reimbursement until it receives the product or until proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
5.3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
6. Complaints
6.1. All products offered in the Store are covered by a 24-month warranty for compliance with the contract.
6.2. If a product is found to be defective, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint. To do so, they should contact the Store by sending the complaint to the following address:

6.3. The complaint should include: the Consumer's name and surname, correspondence address, email address, order number, date of purchase, description of the defect, and the Consumer's request.
6.4. The Store will respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days of its receipt. If the complaint is deemed justified, the Store will replace the defective product with a new one, repair the product, or refund the Consumer the equivalent of the product price.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Store reserves the right to make changes to this returns policy. Consumers will be notified of any changes by publishing the new returns policy on the Store's website.
7.2. In matters not covered by this returns policy, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
